Customer Support team:

· Each customer is assigned with an Account Manager to manage its business; from order processing, delivery schedule management as well as overall commercial terms management

· Each customer has a specific engineering interface that serves as the product engineering management person that includes NPI, product engineering change, Bill of Material ect.

Material Management:
Our centralized material management system, in conjunction with experienced product management teams and our international purchasing staff, allow SAVE to tap global pricing, provide local support, and maintain the flexibility required in today's electronic manufacturing marketplace.
This provides our customers with the most aggressively costed bill of materials.

Project Management:
SAVE's commitment to the success of our team (you and us) warrants close relationship on day to day and one on one basis. A project manager is assigned to each client providing you with accurate information on status of your project with SAVE. Project managers are trained to keep a watchful eye on your projects through all facets of manufacturing; including design, material procurement, assembly, test, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Whether manufactured goods are shipped to you or global order fulfillment is required, SAVE's project management team is dedicated to the success of your product, through effective and open communication.
